Terms of Service

Effective date: August 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the NomaCare website (nomacarehealth.com) or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these Terms; the updated version will appear on this page with a new effective date.

2. Who we are and what we do

NomaCare is a medical-tourism care-coordination service. We help patients in the United States identify and arrange care at partner hospitals in China — including consultations, reservations, and coordination of travel-related logistics. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Medical disclaimer

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Information about procedures, hospitals, pricing, and outcomes is provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect your individual circumstances. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making health decisions. Treatment is provided by the partner hospital, not by NomaCare, and is subject to the hospital’s own terms and consent process.

4. Accounts

Creating an account requires accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are available to individuals 18 years or older; the website is not intended for anyone under 13.

5. Consultations and inquiries

Free consultations are an introduction to NomaCare and do not create any obligation to purchase services. You may submit a list of the packages you are interested in through our inquiry form; a member of our care team will contact you within one business day to review your selection, discuss pricing, and answer your questions. No payment is required to submit an inquiry. If you later decide to reserve a treatment package, a deposit of $100 may be required, and the refund and cancellation terms will be provided to you before you commit.

6. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate health and contact information, to use the website lawfully, and not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or medical history;
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or our systems without authorization;
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the website;
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

7. Payments and pricing

Prices shown on the website are transparent, all-inclusive fixed prices in US dollars. Your final price is confirmed with your concierge before you commit. Submitting an inquiry is free of charge and does not create any obligation to purchase. If you proceed with a reservation, a deposit of $100 is required, and full payment terms will be communicated to you directly before you commit.

8. Intellectual property

The website content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by NomaCare or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomaCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the website, your consultation, or treatment provided by partner hospitals. Because medical care is delivered by independent hospitals, NomaCare does not guarantee specific medical outcomes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NomaCare and its team members from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the website or your violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the website will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and you waive the right to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. If the arbitration provision is held unenforceable, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that does not permit mandatory individual arbitration, this section may not apply to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
